Information on the Future Platform website may be collected either directly (for example, when you provide details such as your name or email address on the website) or via completing an online survey. The Future Platform website does not use cookies.

Information will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided. For example, if you send Future Platform a message through the website or register for more information, your email address may be recorded for that purpose.

Information collected via surveys for external clients?

Future Platform may be contracted by third parties to conduct online surveys. Future Platform will seek the client's agreement that the personal details obtained and provided to Future Platform for distributing the surveys meets the National Privacy Principals. For example, if a third party obtained personal details without their consent, Future Platform will not conduct the survey for the client.

The information obtained via these surveys is distributed only to those parties stipulated in the survey. Results are forwarded back to the client without personal contact details unless otherwise stated.

Any survey participant who may wish to be removed from the survey can reply to do so by request. Future Platform will remove this survey from our database and advise the client of this request.

Who can use this information?

Any information collected will be used only by Future Platform for the purpose for which it was collected. Unless consent is given, any information collected will not be given or sold to any outside party except whereas required by law.

If at any time you would like to know what information Future Platform has collected about you, you are entitled to access that information and to request changes be made if that information is inaccurate or incorrect. A nominal fee may be applicable for these information requests.
