We have a structured coaching engagement program, which focuses on understanding candidate expectations, interpersonal awareness, influence and goal setting. Taking approximately two to three hours of face-to-face discussions, clients have an action plan to achieve their priorities and reference material to refer back to. The second phase involves broader cultural integration and specific skill development to ensure the client is able to 'leap the barriers' which have stalled their progress in the past.
