Through quantitative analysis of existing competencies, Future Platform's pre and post training evaluations enable organisations to quickly determine the priorities for workshop focus. Evaluations are conducted after the training to determine the effectiveness of the sessions from an employee and manager perspective.
Using comparative data and estimating the change in workplace efficiency, we are able to generate competency improvement profiles and value models through which HR professionals can assess and feedback information to their preferred suppliers and report on the overall training spend against value created.
